24 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE IS APPRECIATED - We understand that unexpected things come up and you can't always give us a 24 hour notice, but please call us so that we can contact someone on our wait-list or fill the spot when someone calls.

NO SHOW and NO CALL - We can't fill the empty spot because we are waiting for you. Therefore, paying for your missed appointment would be greatly appreciated. If you continue to miss appointments then we will require you to pay in advance.
